KIMBERLY SARA LIM is a Writer and Director who focuses on contemporary topics, specializing in Dramas and Comedies. Kimberly has produced and directed eight narrative short films. Those include Morning Dr. Kyudi, Tomorrow, Honey Lavender, and C- Student, a teen movie about an outcast high school student. This film was selected for her School of Visual Arts second-year film screening. She is currently in the development of her comedy thesis film, Youth Groups, in which she won the School of Visual Arts Thesis Film Grant Award. Aside from filmmaking, she also enjoys writing short stories and fashion. As a creative, she hopes to gain exposure in the male-dominated field as an Asian-American female filmmaker, creating stories in which audiences can find comfort and connection.
